These Terms govern access to and use of the SimuPhish platform and website provided by SimuPhish LTD (Company Number 16167880, registered at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ). By using SimuPhish you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing, browsing, or using the SimuPhish website or services (the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
SimuPhish LTD is a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number 16167880). We provide a human risk management platform that includes phishing drills, training modules, behavioural analytics, multi vector campaigns, and threat response tools. SimuPhish is intended for organisational use only.
You confirm you are authorised to use the Services on behalf of your organisation. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You will use SimuPhish only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable law, including UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. You will not attempt unauthorised access, upload or distribute malicious code, use the Services for real world malicious phishing, misrepresent your affiliation with any entity, or scrape or reverse engineer any component of the platform.
All intellectual property associated with SimuPhish, including logos, content, training materials, phishing templates, model weights, and software code, is owned by SimuPhish LTD. No rights are granted to users except as expressly set out in these Terms or your order form.
SimuPhish offers subscription-based services with terms specified in your contract or order form. Invoices are issued annually unless otherwise agreed. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled in writing 30 days before the renewal date. Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' notice if the breach is not cured.
We warrant that SimuPhish will perform substantially in line with its documentation. Beyond that, the Services are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, indirect, special, and consequential damages are excluded.
Either party's total liability under these Terms is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. The cap does not apply to indemnity obligations, breach of confidentiality, or wilful misconduct.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales for global customers, and by the laws of the United Arab Emirates for customers contracting out of our Dubai entity. Disputes go to the courts of London or Dubai International Financial Centre, respectively.
